My son and nephew was visiting some friends at this apartment complex last night an got stop by not one But two security guards it was off the clock they called the one that was on the clock told Then to Empty their pockets didnt have a reason to stop then my wife went up there to see what was the purple cars are stopping them the answer Mr Jones Who is a security guard there said they never seen them before my wife asked you stop and buy that come through this apartment complex he said yes because its private property my wife asked where is the trust passing and private property signs he did not want to tell her so she walk around the whole apartments videotape to see Where the signs were the only signs that She seen was no alcohol beverages and no loud music that was on the gate Mr jones was very rude and unprofessional she called leasing office today property manager did not want to get on the phone told her to call back at 12 which we all know everybodys at lunch around that time then she tried to call back reach out to her again she wants to hear from my lawyer which we are going today to file a complaint with the courthouse about the apartment complex and the property manager her name is kenoa York she will not let her other employees give us the corporate office number which we all know who still get it one way or the other we feel really bad for the people who lived at this apartment complex know that they dont get nothing done

I have been living here for a year and have had minor issue but recently it has gotten worsenIts been multiple times where I walk out of my apartment and there are extension cords running from the hallways into other peoples apartmentsnSometime last week about 7 PM the electricity went out in my apartment after calling Georgia Power and getting them out to resolve the issue they stated to me that it was an electrical issue within the building and that there was nothing they could do about it so I had to sit in the dark until 3 AM when they randomly pop back onnI have only had one other time where I was late on my payment because my accounts was hacked and the leasing office understood and I was able to make payments without any issuesnI recently had to order a new bank card and when I went on to finish making the payment towards my rent the account was locked for me to not be able to pay through the portal which I felt was done out of spite because I have been one of the residents complaining lately I have never been locked out of the portal even when I have been more than a week late on my rentnIf rules and guidelines are going to be strict I expect the The upkeep and the communication for residence to be the same way

RUN I believe these people are SCAMMING people out of application feesnnMy husband applied for him myself and my two toddlers to live here The leasing office workers were clueless as to what we needed in order to qualify for the apartment They even asked for me and my childrens social security cards after bringing them everything they asked for which took two visits because they forgot to tell us some thingswhich raised a red flag Ive never been asked for this information Then they decided they didnt need the kids social but needed mine I asked them if it was okay if I faxed a copy and they agreed this was acceptable After faxing they said they had everything needed but was waiting to see if we would need to pay a deposit or not the credit reports came back fine as my husband and I both have good credit so this made no sense but we agreed The next day they called and asked could we go to the social security office and get a signed copy Ive never heard of this in my life We were extremely disappointed because the apartments seem nicennAfter trying to reach the corporate office we could never get anyone on the phone and we never received a call back

I experience a lot when I was there I am a certified nurse assistant I took care of Lady resident in their facility it was problems elevators was not working bed bugs I told the family had to put their loved one that I was caring for in a hotel paying all that money to be in two or three several hotel with my assists Im going there caring for theyre loved one because the bed bugs the exterminator came out twice three times still is a problem cameras to be turned off while they do their job the office and the exterminator didnt want the camera song they snatched all the plugs out the wallnfamily members have cameras in the home in the apartment to be checking in on there love one while the caregiver is there as well but mostly for safety reasons that is a no problem with me at all but it was a problem with them because it wasnt doing there job and the courtesy at the office desk all workers was terrible no courtesy family member clients there residents was crying upset how they talk badly to them how they laughed amongst each other all in that office I experience all that because I had to come down and take my client out for a walks sometime or down to take care of her business and her brother bring his sister my client lunch so caregiver have to come downstairs outdoor to get my client food I saw a lot what go on at the front desk office you know throughout the facility and I used to report every time to the family member about it the people that works there at the facility and the family member agree it been going on for a very long years time so Im putting my report in saying its terrible and somebody need to do something about it family member had talked to the headboard over the people that works there so I hope they investigate on this they always constantly have a different crew different new people working in the facility every time See that tells you that staff there are not doing there respectful job its always different staff and now this group of Staff is not kind heart loving at all the staff have there picks who they talk to or and be cool with thats not kind to other residents its a lot going on you cannot use the courtyard or the recreation that they have up in there they close it down and I know due to covid but still it is terrible clean up staff not cleaning residents is cleaning laundry room is nasty I noticed one housekeeper is cleaning on first floor where office at to make sure there area clean smell nice incase somebody important make a visit I experience it all even though I was just taking care of one patient in there but we saw it all and it was terrible not friendly at all you know Staff looks the other way dont even speak say goodevening to my sweet kind little lady my client look the other way dont speak hi how you doing it was terrible I had to put a report down now my client pass away RIP
