When I first moved into this community in 2013 the management was fine but in the past year the experience here has been nothing more than awful For starters it takes months for simple maintenance issues to be resolved and WEEKS for maintenance emergencies I have been without air conditioning for 3 weeks now and no one knows what they are doing I was told th 2018-07-05T17:01:02Z
When I first moved into this community in 2013 the management was fine but in the past year the experience here has been nothing more than awful For starters it takes months for simple maintenance issues to be resolved and WEEKS for maintenance emergencies I have been without air conditioning for 3 weeks now and no one knows what they are doing I was told that it was fixed then I was told that the parts are on back order Then when the property finally got an outside professional to fix it 3 weeks later the air is STILL not working My thermostat read 86 degrees and my son had bloody noses 4 nights in a row due to the heat It also took them over a week to provide me with temporary ac unit but it is only downstairs and my entire upstairs where the bedroom is remains extremely hot and humid The maintenance manager literally does not care and the leasing office manager is over worked and does not even have time to deal with half of the issues of the residents more ... hide ...

Current Resident They have mice ants Roaches Pets control only came once and we been here since July The last placed we lived was infested with mice and got my twins Since we asked the guy if there were any mice he said no only spiders No break ins So we took his word Come to find out we are going through it all over again My sons closet is caving in and wa 2021-10-29T18:15:25Z
Current Resident They have mice ants Roaches Pets control only came once and we been here since July The last placed we lived was infested with mice and got my twins Since we asked the guy if there were any mice he said no only spiders No break ins So we took his word Come to find out we are going through it all over again My sons closet is caving in and water went all over their clothes shoes etc they never came to fix the problem so now it has a moldy smell We have caught 3 mice There were so many holes that didnt get cover up They say its new Renovated when they literally just painted over things Theyve been giving us trouble so health department is now involved My suit case was stolen out of my car and their security guards just sit up front in their cars on their phones their whole shifts When you call the guy out on his lies he likes to get angry and roll his eyes I dont recommend this place They just want your money Also the manager is NEVER there Windows are broken during move in we asked them to fix it they never did Outside bugs come in from these little hole from the windows that should be sealed Im done fighting with these people My kids safety and health are important and yall can give 0 dam Maintenance is lazy youll end the see them more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for 3 years Out of that 3 only 1 of the managers here was pleasant The apartments in the last two years have been hiring leasing office managers who have the worsts attitudes On more than one occasion has a leasing office manager talked out the side of their neck totally unprovoked They disregard the fact that their tenants here are in fact still their customers and are comfortable with giving them bottom of the barrel customer service The West End is currently being gentrified so this apartment is trying to go up on their prices without actually making any upgrades for the prices All of the appliances here are outdated and its still located in the hood I would not recommend anyone to live here an extended amount of time unless youre a college student who needs to be close to campus Theyre rude and only keep up the grounds when they think people are going to move here their just now fixing the pool for residents to use after THREE years more ... hide ...
