I have lived here at Elite for a little over two years me and my two children and I must say this is home for usThe office management are always on point when it comes to answering the phones and getting things done and handling work ordersSpeaking of work orders I must say the newest maintenance guy MrDerrick has been sent to my unit on a few work orders and he is always polite wears a mask when entering my unit and does his job my AC went out on a Saturday which I know the office is closed that Day but I called in and MrDerrick came and fixed the issue with in minutes so if you are looking for a place to call home and a great team its Elite signed yours truly the tall girl more ... hide ...

Before going to cottonwood apartments I have done several others visits and watched the Google Maps reviews Indeed I saw bad reviews but when I did the visit I really liked the apartment and Jay was really kind and polite with me during the tournNow I fully understand why this place has so bad reviews I did the application on the website and I came back to C 2022-05-27T18:10:33Z
Before going to cottonwood apartments I have done several others visits and watched the Google Maps reviews Indeed I saw bad reviews but when I did the visit I really liked the apartment and Jay was really kind and polite with me during the tournNow I fully understand why this place has so bad reviews I did the application on the website and I came back to Cottowood office to make sure I would have all the documents needed and all the conditions required to apply They told me I need to give 3 more documents an offer letter to show my income an employment letter and a statement from my bank officer showing that I have enough savings 3 times the total amount of the leasenI did provide everything and today I should pay and move to the appartement within 2 days but now they ask me one more thing to have a guarantor But they now that I am a newcomer in the USA and I know no one here to be a guarantor Furthermore in the documents they told me to read and approve yes I did read everything the guarantor is needed only for students and I am not one In fact once your paid the application fee they are trying to scam you to death until you forgive I found it really unfair and Jay was only kind during the visit and before I paid the application feenI am really disappointed and I wouldnt believe all the bad reviews so now I hope you will read this and avoid to do the same mistake more ... hide ...
