Drug infested lazy maintenance men constant home inspectionsat least eight inspections so far this year thats like one inspection once a month which means no privacy as a matter of a fact we have one tomorrow promising to fix things that they never fix As tenants we believe she lady in charge walks in our homes just to be nosy They say they have security but they dont They use to have Atlanta Police Department to patrol the premises but they got rid of them and when asked why we were told it wasnt in the budget and that our rent would go up if we preferred them The lady in the front is nice but the lady thats in charge overall who sits in the back office has a nasty attitude and runs the place like a prison Shes more concerned of the tenants personal business rather than the obvious issues in the complex such as gambling prostitution drug dealing broken appliances and over flowing trash There are numerous cases of cars being broke in and stolen and home invasions I have been living here for eight years and I use to enjoy it but since being under New management and a new leasing lady in the office with a really messed up way if running things I am ready to move just like a lot if other tenants Ive talked to A lot of people have already moved the turn over rate is now higher than the usual Dont move here unless you want to pay expensive rent and live like a prisoner with constant shake downs more ... hide ...

I use to live there very nice building However some of those old people there kept up so much stuff in that building that it was ridiculous and sad to see aged people carry on the way they did Apartments are extremely small and was seriously overpriced for the area it is in Management and owner thinks nothing about theresidents becauae they are only senior c 2015-10-19T08:20:30Z

Absolutely HORRIBLE place to live Columbia at Sylvan hills is not a community its just 2 run down buildings with filthy elevators and trash rooms and trash all throughout the parking lots Ive lived here since February of 2020 and the pool has NEVER BEEN FUNCTIONAL There is no business center and the fitness center is sparsely furnished and dingy The front office staff Ms Terry DO NOT care about the residents at all They allow the property to remain filthy and ignore the fact that the gate which is supposed to keep the residents SECURE is frequently broken When you go to the office to express your concerns they always blame the vendor or whoever services the gate and seem completely unfazed by the fact that a broken gate is a MAJOR SECURITY AND SAFETY ISSUE FOR RESIDENTS I know this is low income housing but the way they operate is IMMORAL AND UNACCEPTABLE DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE more ... hide ...
