Someone vandalized my BMW in the parking garage during finals week and the way the manager and leasing office staff handled the situation was very unprofessional I had to call numerous times about the camera footage and every time I was promised someone would get right on it When nobody would call or email back after I followed up 3 times I got the idea they were avoiding me especially because it seemed obvious the manager didnt want to look when I initially asked I began to get frustrated and annoyed in my calls and email which is unfortunately what provoked them to FINALLY give me an honest response They couldnt give me the evidence because the angle didnt show the parking lot spaces just the door I have noticed that their employees are rude sometimes because they like to hire students in the office Other than this the place is pretty nice for the price The rooftop and gym are definitely the best aspects in my opinion Its also relatively quiet for student housing However I moved to this side of town under the impression it would be safer after my car window was smashed in October but I guess not I would definitely not recommend living here if your car is expensive more ... hide ...

Vendor beware This company does not pay there vendors You will have to place a lien on property for payment Corporate office contacted site level contacted and all you get is no responses I believe code enforcement will be the next to contact as I have seen how some of the residents at this site is forced to live

Please allow me to start by thanking EVERYONE who wrote a review as well as a thank you to the Ashley Collegetown Management Team I was looking to apply to become a resident BUT I got the notion to first read ALL of the above testimonials before making a decisionnnI was somewhat less enthusiastic upon being strongly urged by the Mgmt Team to go merely by the online website and do a virtual tour ONLY AND told on today that there were no units available that I could see in person before applying This was the case even after I stated that I felt as if I would know if it was HOME for me by my actually being given an opportunity to come there in personnnBecause I dont have 5000 to throw to the wind to an application fee nor thousands dollars more to give away after realizing I made a major mistake in choosing the wrong apt I am ineligible for section 8 and the idea of spending my hard and I do mean HARD earned dollars and throwing them away to be locked into a lease where I may later feel trapped or duped is not appealing to mennIf any of the above stated experiences are remotely true what a pity Apartment Management certainly has no endall control of all crimes but some of the issues described cockroaches on top of roaches termites gnats flies defective appliances to include washing machines dryers improperly addressed flooding in some units inoperative toilets maintenance unresponsiveness or not responding in a timely manner and the lack of followthrough on maintenance calls car breakins apartments invaded repeated domestic violence sagas murdersnnAre you kidding me Is Everyone Lying Certainly some of the tenant concerns if addressed differently the outcomes should have been very different There are too many people virtually saying the exact same thing for me to discount them My apartment home search continuesnThank you ALL for this invaluable reminder although I am looking to move I must do my research Here it appears I dodged not only a single bullet but a firing squad more ... hide ...
