Very disappointed with service Trying to get my auntie in the Garden Apartments Always say theres no vacancies Auntie been living in Park Commons for over 6 years On waiting list for over 6 years My auntie seen people move out and move in the Garden Apartments since being on the waiting list My auntie deserves better living conditions High rise apartments arent in good living condition Carpet outdated and smells in the apartment and hallways Electrical problems with air conditioner unit Inspect apartments with K9 bed bug sniffers Never in my lifetime heard of or seen a bed bug sniffing K9 And frankly do not feel comfortable with my auntie being around K9 bed bug sniffing dogs Do not feel my auntie is living in a safe environment But she wants to continue to waitnTheres no excuse for this lack of service My auntie pays rent on time expect better service from apartments mgmt team more ... hide ...

I applied for an apartment in 2011 and every time I called no one answered so in October of 2020 I hit a really rough patch in my life and had no where to live So I went into panic mode I called and called from sitting in front of the rent office found out that my name actuall Was still on the waiting list I did everything I was supposed to do to move in th 2022-02-25T00:35:18Z
I applied for an apartment in 2011 and every time I called no one answered so in October of 2020 I hit a really rough patch in my life and had no where to live So I went into panic mode I called and called from sitting in front of the rent office found out that my name actuall Was still on the waiting list I did everything I was supposed to do to move in then everything blew up in my face the young lady LaToya Mathews insisted that I was lying about my job and that my check stubs were not real also stating that she just knew they were fake and shes not going to send it through because they will deny me What shocked me is that she claims she tried to verify my information however my job stated they continuously sent her emails I asked for a managers number and she told me she was the manager Ive been trying to figure out what is my next step If anyone from upper management reads this please respond more ... hide ...

My mom lived in this ILF independent living facility from 20162019 Her rent was subsidized because she only had SSI Her decline into dementia precluded her from staying there longer but the staff was always very good to her helping when they could and other residents also helped In fact they went above and beyond the call of duty They did their best to offer 2019-10-21T19:11:26Z
My mom lived in this ILF independent living facility from 20162019 Her rent was subsidized because she only had SSI Her decline into dementia precluded her from staying there longer but the staff was always very good to her helping when they could and other residents also helped In fact they went above and beyond the call of duty They did their best to offer Mom services and Moms participation in Meals on Wheels saved her life because it was MoWs timely reporting of Mom not taking her meal that caused them to find her in dire straitsnnThere is a wide range of foreigners living here so I think it provides a unique opportunity to meet those from other culturesnnThe apartments are certainly sufficient for a single elder living alone the grounds are pleasant to view there is plenty of parking for residents and visitors and the facilities are clean conducive and easily navigable There are regular activities to engage in each floor has a common room as well as chairs near elevators and every Friday afternoon a man comes in selling fresh produce It is conveniently located right next to the Peach shopping mall which makes going to the grocery store just about as easy as can be not to mention many other things like sending parcels eating out and so on It is such a pity that a resident hadcaused a kitchen fire that did substantial water damage the sprinklers all went onfrom the 8th floor down between the two elevator shafts The last time I saw it at the end of September they were still in the process of fixing the halls and apartments while the residents lived in hotels at CSAs expense I presumennThe only things I noticed while moving Mom out was that the bathrooms do not have fans only a vent above the shower and while there are trash chutes recycling is only on the 1st floor and there are only bins for certain things We were a bit sad when CSA staff thanked us for cleaning out Moms apartment and tidying up because apparently the families of most elders living there abandon the possessions and dont clean up Shame on themnnI highly recommend CSABuckhead more ... hide ...
