Apartment itself was great besides the window that leaked every time it rained Two years later they are still holding my deposit hostage even after many calls and emails They researched and discovered that I AM due a return of my deposit and I was emailed that I will receive it but I NEVER RECIEVED IT SO unfair to good tenants

I applied for an apartment in Sept I patiently waited for the approval for about a month I had a judgement back in 2019 paid and cleared I explained upfront I was denied of course Ms Diaz states you can not have any judgement She tells me this one month after I applied She was dishonest and she took my app and admin fee knowing I would not be approved Dont 2021-10-13T16:25:04Z

My Grandmother lives in Trinity Towers In July we reported to them that she had a leaky faucet in her tub and that water was leaking around the tub We were told that the water would have to be cut off on the whole floor in order to fix the problem We understood that it would not be fixed right away but it would get done Here it is October and the problem has 2014-10-02T03:56:14Z

Ive been here approximately 25 years This was my first apartment and I REGRET moving here This experience has been the worst There is always trash in the hallway I dont allow my guest to use the elevator because it smells horrible my car was broken into twice and security was no where to be found I went to the leasing office after my car was broken into and 2022-01-26T02:53:19Z
Ive been here approximately 25 years This was my first apartment and I REGRET moving here This experience has been the worst There is always trash in the hallway I dont allow my guest to use the elevator because it smells horrible my car was broken into twice and security was no where to be found I went to the leasing office after my car was broken into and was told Ill get a follow up call this is week two after the break in and yes you guessed it right still no call I packed up and left for two weeks because I didnt feel safe They NEVER answer the phone if you get a answer consider yourself lucky Gates are always broken and random people are in the halls There is a leak in my apartment so when it rain the wall turns brown I put a work order in they came to paint over it Paint over a leak This place is a joke They wont even pressure wash the hallway If you have another option please take this place off your list Save yourself the trouble more ... hide ...
