I moved in last Friday The process was smooth fast and professional The management team is very friendly welcoming and have great customer service skills The assistant property manager Ms Nicolette is so awesome kind and made my moving process so easy But The only down side is that my unit was not quite move in ready at all The unit have several maintenance 2022-03-23T02:39:29Z
I moved in last Friday The process was smooth fast and professional The management team is very friendly welcoming and have great customer service skills The assistant property manager Ms Nicolette is so awesome kind and made my moving process so easy But The only down side is that my unit was not quite move in ready at all The unit have several maintenance issues and the cleaning was horrible I am deep cleaning as we unpack Had to purchase several cleaning products and Home Defense for the bugs Hopefully these issues can be resolved to help this place feel more at home The community so far seem to be safe and quiet at night more ... hide ...

Lakewood Christ is a great place to live but they need a up grade and renovation on the whole building Nice residents This is a senior living facility I have live their I no longer stay there They have young people in management staff I feel they need training in how to talk to seniors and how to relate to them in a friendly courteous way Management need t 2018-07-07T13:19:01Z

I lived at Hollywood Shawnee apartments for a year and half I lived in the middle Building of the complex near the front The rate of crime or disturbance is very low in the front so I did not have to deal with problems of breakins etcI kept to myself When i first moved in i had no hot water for 2 weeks because the water heater was broken they replaced it wi 2018-09-08T23:15:09Z
I lived at Hollywood Shawnee apartments for a year and half I lived in the middle Building of the complex near the front The rate of crime or disturbance is very low in the front so I did not have to deal with problems of breakins etcI kept to myself When i first moved in i had no hot water for 2 weeks because the water heater was broken they replaced it with a brand new water heater and deducted a amount from my rent for that month because of the inconveniencenMy neighbors werent hard to deal with there would be noise once in a while But it was normal noise from children etc Management tried their best to enforce the Policies of the lease As for the grounds that was always littered with trash and plastic plates the grass doesnt get cut as often as it should This is a great place for a small family or single mother like myself to save up and for betterif you keep to yourself Management in the office is professional and nice as far as pests if you keep your unit clean and dont leave food out you wont have many roaches But some tenants did complain of a mouse But I DID NOT EXPERIENCE such a thing here Also if you are use to a fire extinguisher being placed in your unit as a standard policy this is apartment complex does not require a fire extinguisher to placed in any units Maintenance men will enter your unit without your knowledge to make repairs that you have been asking to be repaired for months but they only come to repair it once you have put them on notice for a moving datewhich was displeasing more ... hide ...

I just moved in last month and I am in love with my apartment Its super quiet and cozy at first I thought not having in unit laundry included would be an annoyance but with the on site laundry being so inexpensive and convenient I was surprisingly please You will definitely get a bang for your buck here at Not to mention the staff is phenomenal
