This post is from a Landlord This program is very deceitful and does not pay landlords They literally rob Peter to pay Paul Once in the program It takes days to reach someone They only work 34 days a week You only get voice mails and it takes days up to weeks for someone to get back to you They will arbitrarily take from one HAP to pay for what they perceiv

This post is from a Landlord This program is very deceitful and does not pay landlords They literally rob Peter to pay Paul Once in the program It takes days to reach someone They only work 34 days a week You only get voice mails and it takes days up to weeks for someone to get back to you They will arbitrarily take from one HAP to pay for what they perceive as a shortage They abate properties without notifying Sometimes this cost months of rent before a landlord will notice Then you have to Evict the Tenant The Tenants are not held responsible for unpaid HAPs They say we paid but the deposit is 00000 I will do my best not to participate in this program Other Housing Authorities are not run like this All Landlords please be weary of AHA They do not pay accounts This is a perfect example of Govt waste Its truly not the Tenants its the AHA that gives this program a bad name
