I think its sad that the rent is so expensive claiming that we are paying for quality and amenities that Ive been yet to use I was told I wouldnt be able to use the gym until the gate was fixed however I see an updated promotion from 6 days ago that the jaspers are promoting their lovely gym in this neighborhood I have yet been able to use Also Ive seen 2022-06-08T16:58:41Z

Im been living here for 10 years and I love my apartment I love the fact that its so convenient and that I can feel safe knowing that nobody can just walk in off the street or be let in without my permission the office staff are super nice always friendly and willing to help when needed the maintenance staff are only a phone call away as well and we also have top flight security lol I love our security they are the best if you are a trouble marker you dont need to move here because this is not the right place for you our staff will not tolerate it they will go to bat for there residence our laundry room is the best and I so enjoy our yearly Christmas parties here where we get to celebrate with our staff which is so much fun I have never felt so at home until I moved here to the Maxwellhouse 10 years ago I love my apartment dont think Ill be going anywhere anytime soon hopefully more ... hide ...

One of the best place to live in Augusta it has a younger side and older side I mean u may hear somebody arguing once or twice but nothing never serious great management but they are strict
