First we came to sign our lease at time the email told us to come They then told us that we couldnt sign our lease because the apartment wasnt ready They let sign our lease and then they didnt have the mailbox key ready When we did get the mailbox key it didnt work and we still cant get into our mailbox The fridge that in our apartment never worked we called 2022-06-16T12:29:12Z
First we came to sign our lease at time the email told us to come They then told us that we couldnt sign our lease because the apartment wasnt ready They let sign our lease and then they didnt have the mailbox key ready When we did get the mailbox key it didnt work and we still cant get into our mailbox The fridge that in our apartment never worked we called and talked to they guy at the front desk several times they said they would tell the maintenance guy and the manager I called several times no one picked up so I called corporate and didnt get a response from them So I finally emailed the manager and she emailed back days later and said she didnt know didnt have a fridge but two of the staff members claimed they told her It took two weeks to get a fridge We didnt have a door handle on our sliding door since we signed our lease as well and we still dont have one Some random construction worker walked in our apartment and staff gave them the key to the wrong apartment DO NOT RENT FROM FIRST COMMUNITIES EVER Management is disorganizednnThe guy above me sounds like he is walking inside my apartment Hes not even walking hard and I can hear him It scared me especially being alone some days after some random construction worker had keys to my apartment There are some creaky base boards in my floor as well I try my best not to walk on them because I know my down stairs neighbor can hear it more ... hide ...

The community itself is nice However the application approval is hectic It was called Walton Crossing and comes up as low income housing but they beat you down for every small detail on credit report Gotta have revolving credit Yeahgotta have other unnecessary spendings If you had an eviction 27mos ago and monetarily settled debt Still denied Good people 2022-05-25T13:03:07Z
