I went in a month ago applied for an apartment called while they were asking for more information and requested to cancel my application Keep in mind she hadnt processed my application until I canceled on my end do to the distance in travel to and from work So ofcourse I lost the first 6500 application fee After I canceled by phone the next day I received the response to my application which I believe she had processed the day I changed my mind They are still holding 150 dollar apartment holding fee They keep giving me the run around I am now living in hotels and have to pay weekly and they refuse to give me back my money They are thieves in sheeps clothing Do not leave your money with them they will not refund it They refuse to give me the property management number and lied giving me another number to this same office Run they will not honor their return of check policynnErika Manning more ... hide ...

Ive resigned twice with The Crest Its a great place to call home Im not sure why the management staff gets so much hate Ive had conflicts at times but they have always been quick to respond and we have worked it out The maintenance staff is great The grounds are well kept Any issue Ive had has been dealt with Cant say anything negative about them Its more of 2022-07-08T20:10:49Z

I have lived here since October 2014 It is a small community and very friendly Maintainence concerns are addressed quickly It is generally a very quiet area I really enjoy living here

The place itself is great extremely friendly staff Erica made the entire move in process very easy and the maintenance is very responsive However since I moved in at the start of November there have been 3 false fire alarms all of them triggered by people smoking in the building I am currently sitting outside at 730pm in the cold at night because another one went off Can we please install cameras in popular smoking locations in the building like next to the emergency fire exit of all places and incur HEAVY fines for people who violate the no smoking in the building rule Its not only an inconvenience to the residents but were also wasting the fire departments time as well as conditioning the people in the building to lose faith in the alarm The boy who cried wolf was a warning to this exact possibilitynn1312022 Edit The staff has replied to this review and has provided additional information I was not aware of the faulty sensors nor of the current project to replace them with functioning ones We all received a text from the staff immediately after a previous fire alarm reminding us to not smoke in the building its not unreasonable to then relate that smoking in the building caused that alarm I dont recall receiving a communication about the faulty sensors but its possible my inbox filtered it if it came by email The staffs reply to this review is an example of the prompt responses and their dedication to maintaining the building I have adjusted my review and changed it to 5 Stars thank you for the clarification more ... hide ...

apartment living some better than others some more expensive than othersjust because more expensive doesnt mean theyre better apartments good folks in many of the complexes and the bad same with mega househigh dollar subdivisions good and bad folks

I would like to thank the maintenance people for their efforts to resolve our problem I also am grateful for the letter from the staffnI am a 73 year old disabled vet My wife and I moved in january 5 and have paid our rent on the first every month We have a humming sound in the walls of our apt that is so annoying we had to move our bed into the dining room They sent an electrician who heard the sound and confirmed it was not coming from our apt They shut something off which reduced the noise but it is still there Marie complained to my wife that she spent 200 for an electrician like it came out of her pocket For some reason they think its our fault that there is humming in walls I cannot sign in to the laurel website to pay rent or report a maintenance problem Im using the same user name and password but it says invalid entry However nobody in the office can figure out why this is happening We have paid every month form our checking account but marie said if we have to give them a money order which is difficult for me to go out in my conditionnShe also stated if no money order we would be evicted Is this how you should treat a resident who pays the first of every month makes no noise and bothers no one and takes care of the unit more ... hide ...

I wish I was being dramatic when I say these people are evil but Im not Theres a difference between just doing your job and not having even the slightest bit of empathy The pandemic set me so behind that it was impossible for me to catch up I had all of my things packed just in case but they turned off my gate key and code and made it almost impossible for me to retrieve my things and then they just threw my things out in the road it was obvious I hadnt abandoned any of it it was packed and then the residents raided my possessions stole things that could never be replaced and someone even stole my brothers urn They had no sympathy and told me this was all my fault and wouldnt even admit that what happened to me was atrocious you cant trust the employees or the residents Please dont make the same mistake I made stay far away from this place more ... hide ...
