I know a lot of residents out here I have a relative out here as well so Ive seen the issues first handnThere is a serious mold problem in these apartments Its on the walls gets on residents furniture clothing and they breathe it When residents say something about it and these elderly people are constantly trying to clean it management tells them they shouldnt open their windows or doors because thats whats letting the mold innPeople need fresh air And they shouldnt have to live in a building constructed with shoddy materialsnI give Hummingbird Point one star for its convienient location to Walmart
