The new management that took over for Evergreen Cedartown Tower Village Rockmart and Oakview Aragon hasnt sent my security deposit and will not answer or return my calls about it I moved out in January its now almost AprilnnThey do not allow you to come in office without an appointment due to Covid but wont contact back about an appointment NOR the deposit

Its quite here but nasty outside with trash everywhere Also hardly anytime at all u can not find a place to park U have to walk forever long to the building and apt or going to and that means ur car is not in view as well Needs lots of work to clean things up Other than that quite for the most part and ok neighbors
