We have been here for years dont really complain but what I do have a problem with is the dirty neighbors and all these dogs thats using the bathroom ever where trash being left on the porch not balcony 10 people too one apartment taking up all the parking spots spider webs every where the office not doing anything Ms Veal didnt play its bad that the good ha

I have been living here at Gardenwood apartments for four years now I must say the management team we have in the office now is the best we have had since Tasha left Ms Sheilette Sheffield the assistant manager is very professional and always handling things in a timely manner for me Anytime I call or come by the office I can always count on her to take care

Ive only been here for two months and Im already fed up I wasnt given that form to fill out about anything wrong that first time period of being in the apartment so theyre most likely going to keep my security deposit on things that were wrong prior to me residing here The apartment was given to me with an old door knob that didnt fit the key I was given its

Ive only been here for two months and Im already fed up I wasnt given that form to fill out about anything wrong that first time period of being in the apartment so theyre most likely going to keep my security deposit on things that were wrong prior to me residing here The apartment was given to me with an old door knob that didnt fit the key I was given its infested with spiders broken closet door and outlets that dont support a single charger All these things Ive put in a maintenance request for and so far only my closet door has been recently fixed and I wasnt given any notice before hand Ive had packages stolen only to be told there is no type of security monitoring even though when you enter the complex there are signs that say there is the office doesnt accept packages theres no locker or other mailbox for me to receive things in securely and I was told to have them sent elsewhere for me to pick up Theres also no open laundry room so I ALREADY have to go elsewhere to get clothes cleaned All for almost 1000 for a 426 sq ft studio

These apartments are falling apart as you can see I can attest that almost every resident has a major issue with their apartment From the poor and old building structures to the unsafe hallways with falling Sheetrock to even not having a refrigerator or stove the mold growing from the vents no hater water most times overcharges especially if you do not check

These apartments are falling apart as you can see I can attest that almost every resident has a major issue with their apartment From the poor and old building structures to the unsafe hallways with falling Sheetrock to even not having a refrigerator or stove the mold growing from the vents no hater water most times overcharges especially if you do not check your ledger mysteriously missing rental payments sewage in the hallways from busted old piping underground and the worst is the property manager dishonest Tammy Bangoura Please do not be fooled by the pictures Granted its a quiet community but these old buildings need to be demolished There is no accountability and we are all left to figure it out alone
