My elderly mother and father have lived here for 11 years Before my father passed he was the maintenance man and kept the place up so well This place used to be so nice Management has changed hands so many times This place has gone downhill so bad now Trash is not kept up with as it should be some residents are obviously so lazy they just let their trash sit 2019-08-03T23:20:45Z
My elderly mother and father have lived here for 11 years Before my father passed he was the maintenance man and kept the place up so well This place used to be so nice Management has changed hands so many times This place has gone downhill so bad now Trash is not kept up with as it should be some residents are obviously so lazy they just let their trash sit out on the porch and draw flies and leak all over the place and drip down onto other residents porches The new people moving in now have no respect for others or themselves They talk so disrespectful and hateful to the elderly long term residents who previously made it a nice place to live These new tenants allow their children to just run wild They dont keep their pets on leashes They never clean up after themselves their children or their pets There are people staying with others who are not on the lease and not even legally supposed to be here This is a HUD facility and income based and supposed to be to my knowledge here to assist the elderly debilitated and handicap and single or low income parents and children It is NOT supposed to be for thugs drug dealers and ablebodied people who can and should be able to do better Just pure laziness I am trying to do everything I can to get my mother out of this place All the other great tenants who lived there for years have already left due to how run down it has become The owners as well as the housing authority needs to make a serious audit and inspection and implement immediate improvements before the entire complex becomes nothing but a drug den and a blight on the community Which as we all know once that happens will be very difficult to turn back around more ... hide ...

These apartments are horrible The neighbors are extremely loud and rude all odd times of the night11 pm 3 am I really hate I signed a 12 month lease Granted the apartments are spacious Since I have moved here I have been constantly tired every morning Most neighbors that reside here do not work and stay up stomping and bumping all night I have complained an 2018-11-07T14:35:14Z

Its a horrible place to live poorly manage I requested a emergency service because my sink its clogged and the water will not go down and I never got an answer I called and spoke with Dakota and kindly asked her to fix it because I can cook or do dishes She said the that is not an emergency and they will not fix it until Tuesday because Monday its a holiday 2022-07-03T00:05:04Z
