I rented a washer and dryer from the complex The washer stopped draining water I put in a maintenance request and 8 months later its still broken They have yet to replace or fix the washer Its been 80 degrees all week and my air has been out all week I put in a work order 3 days ago They finally came to check it out after sitting in the office all day they told me the motor was broken and they wont be able to fix it until Thursday next week The maintenance man also almost passed out I had to sit him down and give him bottled water Its 89 degrees in my apartment They was suppose to put in a window unit until it got fixed 5 days later and they have not upheld their end Im having to stay in an hotel tonight due to the heat and the fact that I do not have family here The pool nor gym has been open in 2 years The gate has never worked This isnt a gated community The apartments are very outdated 310 more ... hide ...

The manager is rude unprofessional very mean and spiteful I currently reside here and i pay my rent either on time or early stay in house never had the police out here and literally bother no one My vehicle was wrongfully removed from the premises and when I required an answer she then tried to play victim I have requested for my air conditioner to be fixed for 9 months I even explained that i have a son who can experience extreme heat rashes and the they still refused to fix it knowing i live on the 3rd floor After countless calls emails and I went to the office 4 times She immediately said she was uncomfortable and would only speak with me through writing How can a person not be at peace in there own home This has been the worse experience ever Even the person who works under her doesnt like how she treats the tenants Please do not consider these apartments when looking for a home its nothing but stress and torture more ... hide ...
