This place has s o much potential if management would just do their job The units themselves could be great but with anything if you dont maintain it it breaks down I have MANY concerns but my biggest one is with the carpeting Within a few months of us moving in 7 years ago we came in to a soaked carpet because the AC unit was leaking The water covered the dining area and into the living room They came in and cleaned it and supposedly fixed itweve been having this issue at least once a year since We are now on the second time that the piping in the unit next door has broken and caused water damage in our unit My mother sleeps in the master bedroom and her clothes shoes paperwork and pictures have been badly damaged twice Now we are awaiting for them to yet again come clean the carpet It smells like mold and water all in the apartment The best part Ive been fighting to get the carpet removed for MONTHS for health reasons and provided the letter from my doctor that I was told was needed I had to sleep in a moldy apartment last night Imagine what thats doing to someone with severe allergies more ... hide ...
