This apartment is hands down the most disgusting and terrible place to live in These are the reasons whynn1 The apartment is completely filled with roaches They are everywhere you could possibly imagined The pest control people attempted numerous times to eradicate the roaches but they were no helpnn2 The leasing office were so helpful in the beginning but after emailing them about the roaches problem so many times they have decided to completely ignore your messages If you confront to them about the issue then their excuses would be sorry we were out of the office or we were close because it was this holiday or that holidaynn3 If the leasing office let you know ahead of time that theyre sending the pest control people to your apartment MAKE SURE that you are PRESENT at the time to see that the workspray has been done otherwise they will say that I have sent people to come look at your apartment and there is no bugs not a single roaches presentnnThe ladies who work at the leasing office in my opinion are the most incompetent unprofessional and indolent people They dont care about the tenants living condition or the tenants concerns They take break whenever they desirennIf you are thinking about living here then my advice to you is PLEASE DONT unless you dont care about the living condition or have your concernsquestions ignored or being lied tonnI hope this review will get to the people who own the place so they can hire competent people to run the place properly more ... hide ...

ZERO STAR REVIEW I have lived at another Ventron Management Property for over 3 years Applied to this property and it took 3 whole weeks to receive an answer after calling to check 6 times when I was originally told 23 business days There is never anyone in the office and the phone goes straight to VM 90 of the day I had to show up at 1pm for an update and the office was closed locked on a Monday afternoon After having pay to extend my lease to wait for an answer from them i was denied due to OLD rental history They denied me without including the fact that I spent 34th of my time paying ON TIME as a loyal resident but had issues after my hours were cut STRICTLY DUE TO COVID even though writtenofficial documentation was submitted to my current property at the time All other requirements were met this time also I have a waaaaaaayyyyyyy better creditincome status than when I moved in 3 years ago Even during the 3 weeks I was waiting for an updateresponse they sent out 2 emails to their residents stating the water was shut off on their property due to major plumbing issues disgusting red flag They kept claiming my rental employment verification was not submitted even though my employer and current property said theyd responded THREE TIMES Worst Property management Ive ever experienced And no there was no refund to my adminapp fees I paid The leasing agents are very polite but the property manager is useless Look elsewhere more ... hide ...

Poor construction I have water leaks every 2 months Literal mushrooms growing out of my walls I hear every single step of my neighbors above me Every single shift in weight When they turn on their sink my apartment is filled with hissing noises Im constantly physically and spiritually fatigued from all the noise Its not safe to be a pedestrian in this complex the streets are twisty and curvy full of blind turns with absolutely no sidewalks Im perpetually terrified that Im going to hit someone I couldnt see especially when kids are being dropped off from school They change property management companies every six months it seems but maybe thats just normal During those transitions online payments will be down and you have to take time out of your work day to go physically make a payment What else Its almost impossible to reach someone if you have a real maintenance emergency The longer I spent here the more things I found that werent built properly cabinets and shelves not fully screwed into the wall dishwasher not hooked up I discovered two years into my lease that I should have had a working vent in my bathroom and that I was missing a fire alarm only because a maintenance person happened to remark upon it Maybe the only good thing about this place is that bugs in the unit have never been very bad Run away and dont look back more ... hide ...
