I only gave 5 stars because of how wonderful Davisha SmithAsst Property manager is and how professional she is and really for making sure the tenants is taken care of This is the type of management this property needs Someone whose concern about the well being of the tenant and not collecting your money and putting you in a unit thats not suitable for living

These apartments have changed management 3 times in the last 5 months Sent out a letter saying management has changed about month ago Then it time to renew my lease After calling and no answer decided to go to the office today at 1240 and get told that the last people were supposed to take of my lease issues and this new black lady they have in the leasing

These apartments have changed management 3 times in the last 5 months Sent out a letter saying management has changed about month ago Then it time to renew my lease After calling and no answer decided to go to the office today at 1240 and get told that the last people were supposed to take of my lease issues and this new black lady they have in the leasing office now tells me that I gotta pay 979 by january 3 and adding on new fees for this 2 bedroom apartment The fact that I was professional and no leasing office told me anything about the last 3 management changes is outrageous I paid my rent on time like I supposed do just to get robbed without no explaining why I gotta pay 979

This community has been Great The property manager Q is very sweet and always make sure when there is an issue it is handled right then and there Q is very professional You can tell that she loves her job just by the way she carries herself by making sure her residents are very comfortable and I love the fact how she makes sure her residents go unnoticeable

I just spoke to someone on the phone She had a pleasant attitude but what she told me made absolutely NO sense whatsoever I inquired about the 3 bdrm which she told me is renting for 1226 She also told me that tenants are required to make at least 3 times the rent so for that unit the monthly income requirement would be 3678 She then proceeded to tell me tha

I just spoke to someone on the phone She had a pleasant attitude but what she told me made absolutely NO sense whatsoever I inquired about the 3 bdrm which she told me is renting for 1226 She also told me that tenants are required to make at least 3 times the rent so for that unit the monthly income requirement would be 3678 She then proceeded to tell me that tenants applying for the 3 bdrm cannot make over 37k per year if they want to be approved for the 3 bdrm So basically its LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to be approved for this because 3678x1244136 which is WELL above 37k Then she told me that they are still accepting applications and I can apply Why would I do that To waste my time and money It sounds like theyre taking peoples applications and money knowing GOOD and well its literally impossible to meet the stipulations theyve outlined
