I have never had to write a bad review on a hotel however this one is definitely justified If a number below 1 existed on review forms this place would be deserving of that negative digit You can rest assured I will not recommend it to anyone I considered a friend family or even enemy From entering the parking lot I could sense this was not a place I would want to stay and feel comfortable doing so From the element that is hanging outside smoking to entering the lobby that looks more like a storage with lack of furnishings it is definitely not worth the price we were charged But we figured we only needed a few hours of sleep before catching our flight at 5AM Upon entering our room we were greeted with water damage on ceilings and walls complimentary products that were already used and open and a womens razor in the bathroom The bed looked like someone just threw the covers up in a hurry to make it before company arrived So there was no way I planned on resting my head on it at all I would be terrified what a blue light would find in that room Electric outlets not working and I could go on However we did not go on we immediately left the hotel and advised the clerk that we could not stay there and proceeded to stay at the airport Being uncomfortable at the airport was a better option than how uncomfortable and unsafe I felt at this hotel This hotel needs an overhaul or complete rebuild Wyndham should rethink this location in their portfolio more ... hide ...

The units are roach infested mold infested the appliances are old and out dated the floors are unleveled the maintenance is done on their time for example 2 years ago I asked for my tub to be resurfaced because it had began to peel from the several layers of paint which was finally completed just last week and further more this is not a safe community there 2020-09-14T15:19:18Z

I received an email stating that they had an apartment available and to register to reserve the apartment I paid a deposit of 300 and application fee of 35 This was over 3 wks I never got any confirmation regarding whether or not I was approved for the apartment I then received a check in the mail for the deposit 300 I deposited the check on Monday into my a 2022-07-21T21:10:31Z
I received an email stating that they had an apartment available and to register to reserve the apartment I paid a deposit of 300 and application fee of 35 This was over 3 wks I never got any confirmation regarding whether or not I was approved for the apartment I then received a check in the mail for the deposit 300 I deposited the check on Monday into my account I check today and the funds have been reversed saying returned item I called the bank to see whats going on they say theres nothing they can do I have to call the merchant I call and NEVE EVER can get anyone to answer the phone When I go to log into my account all of sudden my password is wrong I had been having issues with the apartment complex before all this started NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURN YOUR MESSAGES On top of the fact that each time I have gone to the office NO ONE is ever there And now this I should have known this was too good to be true Because for the longest it was always on the website they didnt have anything available Now they have stolen 300 from me and STILL no explanation My bank is not helping me next Im going to file a police report because this is ridiculous This apartment complex is a scam more ... hide ...
