This is a horrible place to live The people are crooked and thieves I was lied to about moving here and they have done no improvements to the property for forever Your complaints are ignored until HUD comes to do their inspection then you are inconvenienced by workers making last minute patch work repairs so that it will visually pass inspection If you mind no privacy sneaky landlords workers who are employed just to pick up trash rats roaches bedbugsand unfair late fees then this is the place for you The whole apartment complex should have been pushed down years ago The roof is dry rotted in each building and there is mold wherever mold will grow The drug dealers litter the breezeways and not only sack up their product but deliver it to the community right there in front of the kids If you are just looking for somewhere to live Id recommend living outside until you come up more ... hide ...

This is an awesome place to live I love living here I sure do have some friendly and respectful neighborsnWe have 2 caring people on staffour office manager and our maintenance man the are 2 caring thoughtful and trusting individuals
