If you can afford to live ANYWHERE else I urge you to explore your options Your current situation might not be so bad I lived here for almost 3 years It was during a pandemic and moving wasnt ideal for me I killed on average 23 spiders every single day and let me say THEY ARE NOT AFRAID OF YOU Spiders were the biggest pest for me Ive had people mention roaches for sure There are voids underneath the fireplaces where all kinds of things breed and grow Expect cockroaches every time it rains My neighbors were the worst when it comes to cleanliness They consistently left trash and old diapers outside our doors Pictured Leasing never addressed any complaints over nearly 3 years of me complaining Neighbor across my balcony had their SECOND STORY BACK DOOR BROKEN INTO also pictured Constant shooting every single night Hearing gunshots daily And I lived near the front where it was more quiet My Ring alerts went off constantly And thats only the stuff being reported to Ring Pictured PLEASE do not move here Two buildings burned down in July in the news just google near mine and they put a fence around and neglected the area Still up a year later Children get dropped off in front of it daily and walk through I have seen a snake This place should be condemned On several occasions at least 3 The water would run brown for a day at a time with NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMMUNITY Pictured They rented me I rented an apt where someone could rip the lock off from outside if they wanted to Pictured I could go on forever Just dont do it more ... hide ...

Ive lived on this property for 25 years now it has always been clean quiet and friendly The office staff are some awesome and wonderful ladies they make you feel at home before it become your home they welcome you with open arms very knowledgeable about the community and the units The maintenance team is awesome as well one call thats all and their there to 2022-05-27T20:35:19Z

I have been living here for about five years and really enjoy it the manager here is great always pleasant when I call or stop by She is always helpful in understanding how to do things mainly on the residential website I cant speak for others experience here but with me I have no major issues but when things do come up she always have a timely response Glyn 2022-06-08T17:15:53Z
I have been living here for about five years and really enjoy it the manager here is great always pleasant when I call or stop by She is always helpful in understanding how to do things mainly on the residential website I cant speak for others experience here but with me I have no major issues but when things do come up she always have a timely response Glynithif this is the correct spelling is a very sweet person Im a older woman and can be testy at times but she always remains so sweet There are things thats out of management control like garbage thrown in the streets this is something we as parents should be teaching our kids to respect others and to not liter Clean up behind yourself lets keep our community safe and clean Unruly tenants and children should be a three strikes and your out we pay to much in rent to feel uncomfortable and Im not moving Also I want thank Maintance for his timely response to fixing my air conditioner I put my work order in on 67 and he was here to fix it on 68 Thanks guys and May God truly Bless youSorry for the lengthy review more ... hide ...
