I feel that they need to be more of an assistant to their clients they do not offer any resources for apartments that accept section 8 voucher and they also do not have any relationships with apt complex to work with them The apartments that they have go section 8 are very run down This may be my last year in this county and a one bedroom voucher with a 13

I feel that they need to be more of an assistant to their clients they do not offer any resources for apartments that accept section 8 voucher and they also do not have any relationships with apt complex to work with them The apartments that they have go section 8 are very run down This may be my last year in this county and a one bedroom voucher with a 13 year old is by for the worst The budget is low for compared to what the real cost of housing is It should not be this difficult but it is I only had my voucher for one year after waiting 5 years on the waiting list I receive my voucher in 2020 due to Arbor Gardens wanting to increase the rent a 100 Jonesboro did not want to work with them with the increase and lost my voucher April 2022 I reach out to my Case Worker Ms Dennis who would say one thing one day and say another on a different day Ms Dennis did not inform me on how long I actually had before my voucher actually expired I never receive any letter stating that I can have fair hearing after losing my voucher I was made homeless because of this situation and now I am back living with family and can not afford the market rate rent that they asking for Jonesboro Housing is not being realistic with the rent prices that they have in Clayton County Area Someone needs to really advocate for these families and help them more I tried so many times to save my voucher and nothing was giving I even asked for a Transfer and was told that I did not have enough time and this was in Jan and my voucher did not expire until April It is sad that they would rather leave you in the blind instead of helping you Tears comes to my eyes just from typing this I make 15 an hour and that is not enough to secure a place

Staff is very rude lazy maintenance get mad about doing his job and dont even know what hes doing was called out my name by him hes too busy messing with tenants Office ladies are messy and act like high schoolers Worse place ever its definitely better out there They are more concerned about being messy than their jobs its sad

This place only care about receiving your rent payment every month I have been here 3 years the noise that goes on in the apartment above me is outrageous The noise goes on from morning to morning very loud noises I hate it here Have a security office here on the property but they just here to collect a check they do not do anything The rent is too high to be paying for disrespect all day and night If you call the leasing office the voicemail says loud disturbance call security officer that never respond or check on the problem but if you speak with leasing office manager she tell you to call the police Make it make sense I ask the neighbors nicely to please try to keep the noise down and they called the police for knocking on their door Had a meeting with leasing office and they ask that we dont call police call security office they are so confused at that leasing office I hate it here
