Sandy is awful She is extremely unprofessional and not very responsive I was moving out of the apartment in February and there was an incident with my movers that caused water damage I immediately called her several times and left messages none of which she answered I finally went into the office and I was able to get her card with her contact information which was given to my insurance agent Over the course of 2 months my insurance agent reached out to her and never received a phone call or a email back Today after 2 months after the incident I receive a bill from collections I never received one request for payment previouslyI sent her an email expressing my frustration and concerns about receiving a bill from collectionsI received a nasty email blaming me She stated its not her job to reach out to insurance companies but surely its her job to respond to messgaes and emails from said insurance companies I mean she is the property manager This review is strictly for Sandy The property is lovely and the maintenance department is stellar but if you need administrative help or responsiveness good luck I was an excellent tenant for 2 years The treatment I have received is very disappointing more ... hide ...

This place is terrible my mother in law moved in 6 months ago and she cannot wait for her lease to end Each time i visit trash constantly is backed up the property and assistant manger were fired months ago and there has been a slight improvement hint at 1 star rating instead of zero The cheap laminated hardwood floors look nice in pictures but if you live 2022-06-01T18:39:44Z

I am a current resident and i agree with any previous comments that were negative APARTMENTS FILLED WITH MOLD THEY DONT CHANGE THE CARPETS when need to THEY DONT CLEAN OUT THE central air things everything is old they dont buy anything new i only got the RUSTY DOOR AND RUSTY VENTS CHANGED because i called department of health on them due to that and the EXTR 2022-05-06T15:16:16Z

This seems like a nice place The crown molding is extensive and there are always fresh flowers in the lobby The staff is nice and the residents seem happy Medical alarms go off a lot though
