They took forever to even start on my application and once the application process was over they denied me and tell me that my 200 admission fee was refundable it has been almost a month and I have not received my money back Ive been calling and emailing Miss Sonia and she has stopped replying to any of my messages I have also called a one 800 number that she gave me and they told me they dont handle anything dealing with money only the screening so not only did she lie she avoided trying to give me my money back this is very unacceptable I wouldnt recommend doing business with them they dont communicate properly and overall its just a bad experience

My Mother and I visited HearthSide Sugarloaf recently to inquire about an apartment home for my Mother We met with Janice Patterson who was extremely friendly and very professional regarding my Mothers interest in an apartment home and the amenities of the the facility The property looked immaculately maintained inside and outside We also had the pleasure of meeting the Maintenance Manager Rubin who was also very friendly and professional and really seemed to take pride in the maintenance and upkeep of the property My Mother and I were very impressed with the tour of facility the information provided regarding the apartments and Ms Patterson knowledge of the affordable housing industry for 62 applicants and tenants Both my Mother and I left the property excited about our visit My mother applied for an apartment home at HearthSide Sugarloaf immediately following our visit HearthSide Sugarloaf looks like a wonderful apartment home community with wonderful staff to support the needs of the 62 residents They really cater to the specific interests and needs of their Seniors residents

If I could give this place 0 zero or negative rating it would be at lest negative ten There is no such thing as service here unless you count disservice No one on staff cares about anything apart from a paycheck and if they were working for me they wouldnt have a job You have to actually work to do your job The staff is rude at best if you catch them on a

If I could give this place 0 zero or negative rating it would be at lest negative ten There is no such thing as service here unless you count disservice No one on staff cares about anything apart from a paycheck and if they were working for me they wouldnt have a job You have to actually work to do your job The staff is rude at best if you catch them on a good day harassing condescending demeaning and criminally negligent on the usual day and I shudder to think how they behave on a bad day The grounds are consistently filthy which is embarrassing as a business or a resident I can prove this because they say there are litter bag stations with bags and trash cans all over The property This is a flat out lie There are maybe 3 when you come in no where near a building and definitely not with bags or cans for waste I know nothing is ever done because there is a bag of poop in one that I have watched sit there for 4 months Its not hard to spot either I can see it driving in any direction in any light with my tinted windows and they drive golf carts with no windows The neighbors are pretty nice however the office is never open maintenance requests never get filled if they are urgent they are put on the back burner The apartment wasnt ready when we moved in It took over a month after contacting my lawyers and them contacting the apartments and still hardly anything has been done and that was two months ago We were told a month ago that a plumber would be out to take a look at our water situation and still nothing You are charged ridiculous fees of 40 or more just to pay your bill I would rather live out of a strange unit but you cant even do that when they bleed you of all your money I suggest living ANYWHERE ELSE
