As a first time renter my husband I had to settle for this place The place was clean and nice when we first got in We saw a roach Red Flag But thought whatever its just one The two three A whole damn family of them till this very day Bug control never came to spray down the house so of course my husband and I have to kill all day everyday spray clean

As a first time renter my husband I had to settle for this place The place was clean and nice when we first got in We saw a roach Red Flag But thought whatever its just one The two three A whole damn family of them till this very day Bug control never came to spray down the house so of course my husband and I have to kill all day everyday spray clean 2 to 3 times a day and still more roaches and oh dont forget there are SCORPIONS even found one in my bed I have two little babies one who walks and one who crawls I shouldnt have to kick them out the kitchen because of roaches These apartments are infested to the max You almost want to forget about cleaning Why do we pay 800 for something so nasty And the appliances are so old school Mold builds up like crazy And summer time prepare for the BIG ROACHES they come right in with no problem My advice to anybody reading this look at the rating believe and find something nice and clean its amazing rating from recent Im blessed to say this is our last month

I dont know where to start I have spent time reading these comments and can honestly say Im not sure where people get giving a 5 star review for this complexnThere is an obvious expectation that comes with an apartment complex and apartment in general Although the staff at this particular complex is grossly unorganized as well as unprofessional in the past year THE KEY TO MY APARTMENT has been LOST or as they like to put it misplaced OR literally left hanging in my door the entire day after a scheduled maintenance visit As unsettling as this is to a tenant it seems to be not that big of a deal to staff as I was just recently laughed at over the phone for voicing my concerns for my families safety I hope if youre considering renting here you get yourself ready to stay on top of things that the complex themselves should be taking care of Since my key has been lost by the complex I now mis out on my weekly post Maintenance that is paid for in the rent And am told they will need me to come so they can copy my key for Maintenance to resume next week Absolutely unacceptable renters beware
