It was a good place for low income seniors until last October A construction company busted a water main that caused a flood and several apartments on each of the 3 floors were damaged as well as the lobbies To date no repairs have been done and no explanation to us as to why no repairs No one seems to care about us The repairs were finally done the end of M

It was a good place for low income seniors until last October A construction company busted a water main that caused a flood and several apartments on each of the 3 floors were damaged as well as the lobbies To date no repairs have been done and no explanation to us as to why no repairs No one seems to care about us The repairs were finally done the end of March and all of April One apartment on the 3rd floor had a fixture left off of the bathtub and when the water was turned on it flooded an apartment on the 2nd floor and one one the first floor Repairs were not done properly on these 2 but management wont correct them

The maintenance crew is awesome and the Property manager and leasing agent are great Ive been living here for 9 years and I can say this is the best crew Ive had so far Maintenance is on point when you put in your work order they knocking on your door at 8am They do their best to keep the property up to par but its just be the neighbors thats not helping kee
