The office staff is very nice and responded quickly to any questions or concerns via email My apartment floors are unleveled and has caused trip ups and close call falls my bedroom window was broken when I moved in I wasnt informed until movein day someone came out 4 days later and did a patch up job and Im still waiting on my window to be replaced or repair
