My experience with Marietta Housing Authority Employee not the entire agency as a whole I applied for an interviewed for Housing Specialist Position after I had the interview it literally took the one of the program managers Danita Austin 1516 days to even reach back out to me I contacted her via email to follow up on day 10 or 11 and she still did not reply

My experience with Marietta Housing Authority Employee not the entire agency as a whole I applied for an interviewed for Housing Specialist Position after I had the interview it literally took the one of the program managers Danita Austin 1516 days to even reach back out to me I contacted her via email to follow up on day 10 or 11 and she still did not reply So I finally received a generic email from her on August 31sst 2022 stating that I was not selected I followed up again and thanked her and I asked a question am I over qualified for the position and again Danita Austin never responded to my email again I have worked in the field of social and human services for years as direct support case manager program manager program coordinator and program administrator just like she works as one of MHA program managers We are a reflection of our employers with each customer service interaction thats how we help to brand our the companys I expected more professionalism Thanks for the experience and I will never in this life apply for careers with Marietta Housing Authority againnLaTalia Chambers MS MO BS
