If i could give a zero I would Ive been renting this apartment for a year and a half now and I cant say that I was ever happy with the condition of this placenThere are no lights in the living room or bedroom and the lights we do have barely worknOur ac has a freon leak that weve been waiting to get fixed for a YEAR One of our maintenance men said to my face that the office staff hadnt approved the repair or parts to fix it so we get a bandaid quick fix and have to call about the same problem EVERY WEEK Its the middle of summer and Im pregnant they dont care that theyre putting my life in danger here The inside of my apartment has reached 85 degrees I shouldnt have to buy fans seeing as how air conditioning is listed as an amenity on their website The office staff never reaches back out to let us know whats going on so Im left in the dark about the status of my repairs always My rent has raised by 200 dollars since renewal and the conditions have been incredibly deplorable I regret renewingnIve called the emergency maintenance line several times this weekend because weve reached unlivable conditions not only with the heat but our toilet now will not flush They need to take responsibility for their negligence I work too hard to pay my bills here and they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Dont waste your time on this complex its ghetto crazy people harass you in the parking lot the parking lot itself is a disaster all amenities listed are false maintenance is always short staffed office staff is not helpful and above all this place is a scam operation I would report them to the BBB but they have ALREADY LOST CREDIT WITH THEM Im breaking my lease and leaving ASAP My baby and I are at risk here more ... hide ...

Horrible Roach infestationnIf you werent able to rent out an apartment due to poor management consider yourself luckynMy mom has been living here for years I use to live with her 56 years agonWe had a minor roach infestation Wed call maintenance to come in fix it but it never workednMakes me wonder if they did anything AT ALLnTheyve tried traps sprays home remedies calling exterminators NOTHING there sure has to be something these landlords can donI just recently visited my mom and sisters it has gotten way worse Roaches everywhere they said theyve tried everything and maintenance does NOTHING The amount of these things Ive seen is disgusting I literally refused to sleep there for the night I was better off sleeping at a 1 star hotelnI worked for the 2020 US Census and interviewed some of the apartments and townhouses theyre all absolutely in poor shape refused to walk into any of these homes this complex needs to do better for the inside of these homes more than they are for the outsidenThe place is affordable for this area which is why my mom has stuck there for so long but Im telling her ITS TIME TO GO Its insane that the complex is more focused on making the outside look good for potential future tenants but arent making sure the insides of these homes are in good shape and making sure to keep their current tenants Not only that because of these outside renovations theyre starting to charge more RENT Absolutely insane inhumane and disgustingnI would gladly take this to social media and the news take videos and pictures of EVERYTHING proof that theyve contacted maintenance and they do nothing more ... hide ...

I filled out an application spoke to a guy for 2 weeks Was told my apartment would be ready for move in September 4th Was sent an email that I was approved Was sent the login to the portal and even had a balance Day before the 4th and my appointment to see the apartment I was mysteriously told by a woman that they decided to go with somebody else that had a 2020-09-04T02:57:17Z

VERY UNPROFESSIONALnSo we contacted them to schedule a tour for their 2 bed 1 bath and we had the tour for next week They had an entire week to let us know if anything was going to change We show up on time and the door to the leasing office is locked but there are people inside So we knock and no one answers We go back to the car and call and they dont answer So I call again and said we have a scheduled tour at 11am and they said there are no tours or available apartments anymore So even if you have a reservation they wont tell you if its canceled and they will ignore you so they dont have to talk to you face to face more ... hide ...
