I lived here 3 years ago I find it interesting based on reviews since that time that the reasons I moved away from here roaches broken AC sewage back ups etc apparently have not been resolved I even filed a complaint with the City of Marietta and had to have multiple visits from the building inspector as a result I dont even know if this property was cite 2022-02-17T16:22:05Z

We have lived in this complex for over 3 years now This complex has always had terrible workers in the office over the period of time other than the maintenance team The maintenance team are the only employees who strives to ensure the best living arrangements in this complex We have had a transition from WM trash company to now having a valet trash company called Valet trash Authority assist with disposing of trash They only work SundayThursday which means the days they do not work our trash gets accumulated outside our doors and on the ground randomly throughout the neighborhood This transition has made the outside environment horrible in every way possible theres trash laying around in parking spots on the side of buildings in the road etc I spoke with a receptionist in the office by the name of KAYLA and she is HORRIBLE at customer service She has no professionalism skills to work in a leasing office or anywhere at that matter She did nothing to provide accommodations or assistance for this matter or any other concern we have as residents I am unsure why management still has her employed knowing she does not have professional etiquette nor customer service etiquette Again she is a receptionist by the name of KAYLA Terrible interaction every time we speak either in person or via phone Photo below isnt as worst as it has been Lastly per the response from the owner I can most definitely have my husband who is the leaseholder address this issue within the reviews as well As I mentioned I have lived within this community since 2018 and the entire office is aware of my residency more ... hide ...
