Best apartments ever Great community and the apartment manager Marilyn is awesome She really cares about the tenants on a business and personal level I really feel like she makes these apartments great Nothing better than a manager who actually listens to what you have to say Seriously its affordable and safe I love it here

Bainbridge leasing took over this property Maintenance manager is the best thing for this property Courtney the leasing consultant is always very friendly and she tries to be helpful but theres things that seem to be beyond her control The rent was raised tremendously under this new management Theres ALWAYS trash by the compactor and the property isnt kept up I know of many tenants asking for the groundsman to be brought back with no such luck Mr Jose kept the grounds and the compactor very clean If you have been a tenant for some time you have the same out of date counters that lift up and are dry rotted but fall on deaf ears The pool JUST opened because about 2 weeks ago it looked a like a green swamp The gyms equipment is broken and the rowdy teens are out of control The parents should be held accountable or the teens This may be out of management control but theres a courtesy officer that should patrol grounds to assist with this issue Theres much more to complain about but I will try to end on a positive note The maintenance crew is awesome more ... hide ...

I wanted to give my experience a better review because Chene was very accommodating But after the process the inconsistent denial I received from this company I cant Too many rental properties are wanting mortgage rates for a rental and want qualifications for buying a house I was told my credit score was low which made my heart sink because I review my credit everyday and the score they said they pulled wasnt on any of the credit and when I called the credit bureau they used to verify mind you I review my credit every morning and night And even they were confused where that score came from because none on my bureau reports show any score under 650 and one being at over 700 I was subsequently approved for an apartment using the same bureau they used and had no problem My score was accurately reflected and I didnt have to do any different The unit in an excellent community and is very clean with all stainless appliances fireplace and an amazing community Although it was more than I wanted to pay my ultimate goal was to be happy with where I was living If you apply here tread with caution they say they do a soft pull on your credit and it doesnt impact your score The pull does show on your credit as an inquiry and they do base you on inquires Unfortunately to secure living arrangements today it will require soft and hard credit checks so to be judged on them is not fair Even a mortgage company understands there may be a few inquiries with transactions of necessity more ... hide ...
