Call today as usual nobody answers When you visit they have a case amnesia on finding documents or speaking with someone Im trying to report a former agent who used to work here who denied and threw away my appointment for housing voucher She now works for the place im renting from now and is literally trying to make me pay rent for a poorly conditioned unit

Call today as usual nobody answers When you visit they have a case amnesia on finding documents or speaking with someone Im trying to report a former agent who used to work here who denied and threw away my appointment for housing voucher She now works for the place im renting from now and is literally trying to make me pay rent for a poorly conditioned unit that has no ac Keep in mind i have kids 1 disabled and weve been in this unit now going on 6 months Ive lost weight and been rush to the hospital because of it There was mold on the living room floor trailing from water tank in closet that has wires everywhere and water They been knew about the apartments condition s and right after i signed and paid my rent and depositthey sent me 3 days later an eviction notice and refused to give back deposit I had to get police involved when she came demanding rent As soon as i opened the door she jumped in my face started coughing as if she had covid19 and asked if i got my stimulus check First off how you know i had 1 coming Second u knew i have no income Third of all so as i said noshe had someone break into my home while i was home the next day I called the police and reported all and they advised me to take the apartment owners to court They said this is illegal and against my rights as a citizen to be forced out of home by managers negligence Is there someone who can help us put an end to tennants being abused by property managers

Decent apartment one hassle Really is a mild one but could definitely ruin your entire mood for the whole week watch out for the valet trash service FINES The hidden fees are true they did not tell you that youre going to get charged with a fine if you mishandled the trashnnWhat do I mean by mishandling Figure that out yourself And still get chargednnIts cra

Decent apartment one hassle Really is a mild one but could definitely ruin your entire mood for the whole week watch out for the valet trash service FINES The hidden fees are true they did not tell you that youre going to get charged with a fine if you mishandled the trashnnWhat do I mean by mishandling Figure that out yourself And still get chargednnIts crazy because Ive read the documents properly none of them stated anything about being fined a 100 I even looked up Valet Trash Service official website to make sure of it but pass that point no tenant couldve seen it coming from miles awaynnThey did however mention about how not properly storing the trash could lead to YOUR TRASH NOT BEING PICKED UP I want to focus on that they stated NOT BEING PICKED UP as oppose to YOUR TRASH WILL BE FINED 100 You see the problem Its not stated clearly heck its not even stated in the documents this isnt even hidden anymore its not even therennThe next time you decide to fine someone actually say that in the move in document Let the tenants know about these rules especially for a trash valet its a common mistake people can make not telling them because they didnt ask is not nice I was supposed to get my first bike here at Savannah but you took my 100 awaynnLastly the move in document should tell you about the instructions to avoid being fined just follow themnnThe 3 stars was for the bike the 100

My 5 stars Goes to the maintenance man Since I have been staying out here in Oct 2019 It was a drag just to get ANYBODY TO DO ANYBODY Our Maintenance MrDonny is AWESOME He does what he is supposed to do He is a ON CALL maintenance person i can say I HIGHLY recommend him as the TOP maintenance person Unlike others he IS NOT lazy Thank You Mr Donny
