I was told on more than one occasion that I was accepted for housing but was rejected due to them making a mistake and giving my apartment to someone else and was told to wait two more weeks After the two weeks I didnt receive any response about my housing process and my phone calls to the office were being rejected as well Now I cant contact anyone and Im l 2022-12-12T13:37:17Z

This is a horrible place to send your loved ones These people only want money and they do not fix problems in residents apartments My 91 year old grandmother fell on their property and no one has yet come to check on her nor get a report on what happened No handicap nor safety rails not ramps at her building My dad has complained of mold and bedbugs and the 2021-10-20T02:16:43Z

This place can help u get sober but it will not help u stay sober Uncompassionate and theres no set rules bc they change from person to person Too much faculty induced drama and uncaring counselors

Being single and in my 20s I have lived in a couple of the apartments around the Valdosta area and visited many more and I can say that I finally found a gem The landlord is open and friendly and gives you all the information you need without dodging any questions I havent yet had the need for maintenance to visit me but from what I have heard from neighbor 2016-04-15T18:02:59Z
Being single and in my 20s I have lived in a couple of the apartments around the Valdosta area and visited many more and I can say that I finally found a gem The landlord is open and friendly and gives you all the information you need without dodging any questions I havent yet had the need for maintenance to visit me but from what I have heard from neighbors they seem to be friendly and professional while being competent Something not every apartment complex can offernnIve lived here for a year so far and the best parts about Castlewood to me aren1 Its quite read No loud parties no block parties or parking lot parties that can sometimes plague other apartments here You SEE your neighbors much more than you HEAR them You do get the occasional Firetruck going by as the station is just down the road but that should be a given living in the cityThis is a big plus in my book unless youre the party typenn2 Castlewood seems interested in investing in itself whether that be upgrading or adding security cameras upgrading the onsite washerdryer facilities almost weekly grounds keeping or planting new grassbushesflowers they seem to be actively keeping and at times adding on to their curb appealnn3 While I havet met everyone who lives here most residents seem to be either college students or smallnew families There is also the Courtesy Officer who lives herenn4 The parking lot and grounds are pretty well lit at night with what I can only assume are LED lights that with the security cameraswhich still operate in darkness gives a nice sense of security more ... hide ...
