These are very nice apartments but the Office Manager is very Rude This is place where senior citizens live what type of person has to be this rude and nasty to elderly tenants A person with this type of attitude should not be in charge of having any communication with people She does not know how to talk to people

I lived in Heron Lake in Valdosta from 2012 till June 2021 I as well as other residents went through several mangers The complex itself is very nice however It depends on who is managing whether or not you are treated fairly I was very ill when I was forced to move out The management staff including maintenance was a racist in their decision making work and 2022-03-31T20:18:22Z
I lived in Heron Lake in Valdosta from 2012 till June 2021 I as well as other residents went through several mangers The complex itself is very nice however It depends on who is managing whether or not you are treated fairly I was very ill when I was forced to move out The management staff including maintenance was a racist in their decision making work and etc This company lacked compassion under the management during 2020 2021 The error made in their decision to not renew my lease was as much the fault of management as it was mine I suffered an allergic reaction due to a vaccine injection My doctor submitted a letter stating I was unable to move mentally or physically None of this mattered I had to rely on strangers friends and church family to pack my belongings and help me move I was late once from 2012 until June 2021 I was a good tenant but none of that mattered I was force to relocate to another state and rely on family Racist people should never be allowed to manage anywhere there is a mixture of races living together more ... hide ...

I would honestly give it 35 for the actual apartment it looked rushed cleaned which I didnt like Ive had many complaints since I moved in not too long ago in January plus the 10 that was not refunded to me through the bill pay app which was nofault to me I didnt like that either that was really unfair Even if it is the leasing office that is at fault its bas 2022-02-08T19:42:01Z
I would honestly give it 35 for the actual apartment it looked rushed cleaned which I didnt like Ive had many complaints since I moved in not too long ago in January plus the 10 that was not refunded to me through the bill pay app which was nofault to me I didnt like that either that was really unfair Even if it is the leasing office that is at fault its basically a too bad type of thing Majority of the people that Ive met in there Ive only met two they seem pretty cool it is in the middle of a very urban area which I was unaware of The neighborhood is pretty quiet its self is very chill I like my apartment I just dont like that I had to call 100 times for things to get fixed or how they rushed to get it cleaned because it looks a bit run down it doesnt look like they professionally cleaned anything we had to go behind their back and make it look better There are people that hang out across the street at night which isnt that comfortable I heard gunshots one night and another lady screaming for help one day so thats why I would give the area 35 for the price I got my apartment at is a good price and nobody bothers me so I guess its an OK place to live theres nothing luxury about the apartments though once you go to them may be the newer renovations but the outside looks like no one has redone it since the 70s more ... hide ...

I see good reviews about this place but only thing i have bad to say is that i called and called Even left voicemails and no one got back to me I call again and this lady picks up the phone as im talking she hangs up on me I called 5 times literally before she answered the phone again I told her what was going on and what i was looking and she was just so 2020-08-31T17:49:54Z
