One of the worst places to live My great grand mother rusty pipe under the sink cracked and they dont even have a way for maintenance to be reached in case of emergencies Very unprofessional unorganized and doesnt do much of anything for the community

I lived in Oakview apartments before they were Oakview apartments There was always some chaos going on here in Tanglewood But after they switch management to Oakview things became very calm The staff here in management as well as maintenance are awesome The property manager Emily worked very diligently and professionally to make sure that I had a place to live She wasnt rude and never gave me the runaround She made sure my apartment was completely clean and worked on before I moved in Any further issues that I had if I put in a work order the maintenance team is on it Pest control comes every month Which is awesome because it keeps down critters and bugs The trash is always picked up The grass is always cut And the playground is always clean and ready for children to enjoy I have some awesome neighbors who look out for me and they allow me to look out for them as well One day while rushing to work I accidentally left my door unlocked when I came home everything was exactly the way I left it Theres a laundromat on site with four washers and four dryers which is awesome Theres also dryer and washer hook ups in your apartments utility closet This has become an awesome place to live
