I have been without a working toilet since I returned from spending the rest night out to o find toilet clogged Nov 6 2021 at 7 am HPHAs after hours operator Nicole claims they cant reach a plumber I think the fact that I am suing HPHA for discrimination has a lot to do with leaving me to suffer I was told all day Saturday November 06 2021 that a plumber was on the way Finally around 7 pm I spoke with someone at HPHA who revealed that no plumber had ever been reached No one had ever been on the way to me Lie is such a harsh word but theres no other words that works When I was told a umber was on the way Saturday morning I had been lied to It is Sunday Nov7 2021 and Nicole from HPHAs after hours service said no plumber has been reached Nicole says there is nothing else they can do I just have to go without a toilet Interesting In a separate matter I had been told I could no longer use a parking stall bc it belonged to someone even though this person evidently has no car The stall was great bc I could see my car fro from my unit which I believe would decrease the vandalism to my car Kim an office worker told me no one is keeping track of who is parking where to hat the we office only knows who had been assigned stalls prepandemic Tenants and nob tenants park anywhere in the lot But when I started parking in the stall I could see Kim demanded I vacate immediately I have taken pictures of the empty stall They are not supposed to reserve stalls for people without cars But in my case I had to vacate the stall Kim said it bc I didnt have the paperwork I told her I had all documents at that moment She did not want the documents I guess they were pressuring me for paperwork when they thought I did not have it HPHAs attorney wants me to settle my case but the settlement paperwork I received after October 21 2021 detailed something I never agreed to I declined to dismiss my case last week After that my toilet got plugged with something when I went out 2nd incident They refuse to send an emergency plumber and I lost the use of a parking stallThe staff raises their voices to me and treats me with disrespect as well as trying to force me out I am not leaving in response to this pressure I will include pix of empty parking stall I need to publicize whats happening here for my safety at Kalakaua housing
