Ive now lived at River Walk for over 3 12 years and it has exceeded expectations in every regard Its location alone is enough to be the envy of every other apartment complex in Boise Situated right on the Boise River greenbelt and a mile from the heart of downtown its a quick walk to other Boise jewels Albertson Park Ann Morrison Park Ann Frank Human Rights Memorial Whitewater Park and more I walk or ride my bike a lot so Im in heaven Even if you only drive just know that everything is convenient I know people whove lived here since RW opened and they love it I also know several people who once lived here moved far away and when they returned to Boise they also returned to River Walk When Im sitting on my balcony looking down at the river and passersby I often hear people comment on how awesome it would be to live in those apartments Theyre absolutely correct Prior to moving here I lived in a condo and several apartments none were as soundproof as RW Its very quiet here The couple of times Ive had minor maintenance issues the team was on it right away Rachel who runs the office is very attentive efficient friendly and blessed with a calm demeanor Shes a huge asset to RW The property is well maintained the grass flowers and flowering trees do justice to RWs riparian location Rachel Sonny and the rest of the team take pride in their work and I am grateful that I have the opportunity to live here

Been renting here for 1year and just singed another lease the manager Angela has been great My only advice to anyone is know what your signing up for everything is in the agreement so do your part by reading it or asking your manager to read it with you She took her time went through every line of the agreement and always asked if I had any questions with each section Everything I was told upfront when signing my lease is how its been no surprises Maintenance takes care of most things same day Even though I dont prefer living in a 1bedroom apartment this was the right choice for what was available to me at a fair price When you have issues communication is key if there is something that isnt getting resolved timely then call or email Every time I have called I got an answer every time I sent an Email got a prompt response with the information Ive needed or time frame on when a situation will get resolved and they back it up by doing it during the said time frame Never have had any issues with payments no hidden charges or fees nothing unexpected just the way anyone likes it Have had weird situations at previous places of residence landlord would show up unannounced enter without permission issues with payments taking deposits without giving specific reasons why or what needed replaced Ive always been given a notice weeks in advance with Verity for any inspection or situations where its needed to enter my apartment No matter how big or small this is my home and with the thousands of peopleplaces they respect your boundaries and follow the rules they do the small things right and I appreciate that
