Its a small park located next to the river and is on the greenbelt with lots of shade Its pretty popular in spite of it being small

They only allow you to pay through an app that is extremely difficult to use and only accepts the full rent payment even if its ahead of time If you pay with debit its 6 fee if you pay with credit its a 26 fee The app doesnt break down what any of the charges are for so in addition to paying more than was on the lease you will have no way to know what your paying for I have a charge each month of 8090 saying rubs that I assume is a monthly payment for trash My biggest complaint is every month I go to pay ahead of time and it doesnt allow me to pay anything but the full 1600 So I cant even split it with my room mate unless I first have them deposit everything into my account Its like they really want that 100 late fee so they use the worst app possible and charge you to get frustrated Also the laundry facilities are horrible and will cause skin irritation and inflammation There is usually mariachi music until 4 am and absolutely no parking So if you wanna pay way too much to be stressed about the payment app and fight like a dog for your own designated parking spot come live here and make someone else rich who wont even put in the time to get a user friendly payment app and refuses payment any other way more ... hide ...

The first thing to bear in mind is that I live minimalistically I dont have furniture other than a bed a desk and a chair the living room was essentially storage space Im also almost never indoors all day either being at work or exploring the forests If this is your lifestyle this review may be more applicable towards younIve thoroughly enjoyed living here for the last three years I did wind up leaving solely with the desire to be in a different physical environment The apartments were incredibly wellinsulated on the third and first floor both heat and sound as soon as you closed the windows you no longer heard the drunken neighbors screaming down the echo chamber that is Royal Blvd at 2 amnAccessibility to everywhere downtown is easy the foothills are just a 30minute walk away the park is right next to you if the foothills arent your thing but you still want to be outsidenManagement was quick and efficient to respond to my requests along with patient and accomodating when I didnt understand somethingnnThe only concern I had was parking which others can attest to and the property management has heard of a million times I didnt have a car my first year and so I didnt quite realize how tight the uncovered spots were even for smaller cars until later I was fortunate that one parking spot neighbor moved out the spot wasnt taken later on and we were able to have extra room along our line of parking On the other hand you become incredibly aware of your vehicles dimensions due to this more ... hide ...
