Lived here for about 2 years Frequently had problems with the neighbor that escalated into neighbor screaming that he would kill me if given the chance which were recorded Told this to the staff that worked there who suggested we just work it out When moving out on orders with the military they tried to scam me into paying out the entirety of my lease a remaining 4 or something months until I pulled up the legalese documents of orders transfer and lawyers to which the whole thing was dropped Overall would probably give a 0 out of 100 if possible The room was passable the location was alright power went out at least once or twice a month but thats my story hope it helps more ... hide ...

I lived here for 7 years This apartment complex is horrible All 3 managers i had refused to do basic things In 2019 my kitchen ceiling collapsed and it took 6 months for someone to repair it It was caused by a water leak from back in 2016 that was never fixed By the way there are squirrels in the attic Been there all these years Management wont do anything P 2022-07-17T05:12:12Z
I lived here for 7 years This apartment complex is horrible All 3 managers i had refused to do basic things In 2019 my kitchen ceiling collapsed and it took 6 months for someone to repair it It was caused by a water leak from back in 2016 that was never fixed By the way there are squirrels in the attic Been there all these years Management wont do anything Parking is a joke Assigned parking was finally implemented in 2019 but it doesnt matter Management wont do anything about it if someone parks in your spot So now we get to the neighbors They are lound Day in and day out They openly break the lease by parking in the wong spots blasting music past the time it states in the lease littering all over the property having his guests antagonize residents The past and current management has been notified countless time as well as law enforcement who tells us its up to management to solve Nothing gets done They keep on breaking the rules There is WAY more that ive experienced in my 7 years living there So much that it would take forever to write This is a slumlord property AVOID Your ceiling might cave in on you from poor maintenance I hope the state gets involved and takes some authority This place needs it more ... hide ...
