They will charge you no matter whatnnBefore I moved out I had made a few calls to the leasing office about touching up the walls putting back doors that had been taken off and their response for me was to not worry about it I should leave the closet doors off because it helped with cleaning the carpet which they said they might even replace and that I didnt need to touch up the walls they would do that when they cleaned I also asked for a can of paint which they are legally obligated to give to touch up the walls but still I was told it was fine and that I didnt need to do anything Once I moved out I received a letter saying that I owed them money for you guessed it REINSTALL ALL CLOSET DOOR HARDWARE and REPAIR TO WALL DAMAGE 8 LOCATIONS I had even asked for an email before I moved out regarding these issues confirming that there would not be a fee which I never received btw So if you really want to live here just know this is the only way they can make money is by cheating you out of it I hope to not return to this complex in the future and hope nobody ever has to go back there

My Grandmother lived here The appliances are cheap noisy dont work very well She had to add vinegar to every dishwasher load just to keep them from being covered in white stuff this was because the water is so hard it even dried her skin out so bad she got excema There was hardly room in the washer dryer for anything water level was too low The oven baked too hot or too slow depending on what you cooked The AC hotel type unit was so loud she would have to turn it off to watch TV This complex allows animals we would see them pooping peeing in the halls the owners just keep on walking Walls are paper thin you hear noise all the time Lighting is horrible you have to use their light bulbs cant put in your own They raised her rent every year quite a bit until she couldnt afford to live there When she moved out we cleaned the apartment perfectly the next renter could have moved right in they still kept 12 her deposit to paint clean shampoo carpets I dont know why anyone would clean or paint an apartment that doesnt need it at all o marks on walls which makes me think it was not really done A carpet cleaning fee I can understand everyone wants a clean apartment when they move in DO YOURSELF A FAVOR SKIP THIS ONE
