They will not give you a written entering notice if they are coming in I received a text at 6am this morning letting me know someone is inspecting and to make sure my apartment is clean and tidy Which is highly unfair because its always clean but I wouldve made more of an effort for an inspection I work late nights so I was very much asleep and woke up to my

As long as widmyer is the management here do not rent from them They are a slum lord company only out for money Its almost impossible to reach them by phone and you can drive to their office and have a 5050 chance the person you need is there The actuall owners ate okay but they are locked into a contract with widmyer they are unable to get out of until t
