Nampa housing has been a blessing for my familynAs a single mom of three kids the housing being income based is amazing The units are clean and the staff is on top of any issues The neighborhood is quite and people stay to themselves we have had no issues We have two neighborhood parks for the kiddos and are within walking distance to the Nampa Arts charter

I have lived here 4yrs now It is a secured Apt building You would not know by looking at it that it is Apts because all the Apts are inside It has 3 floors and basement too Also in the basement there is a large room in the corner decorated like in the 50s It has a kitchen a large TV and several round tables with chairs and a couple booths included Its very n

I have lived here 4yrs now It is a secured Apt building You would not know by looking at it that it is Apts because all the Apts are inside It has 3 floors and basement too Also in the basement there is a large room in the corner decorated like in the 50s It has a kitchen a large TV and several round tables with chairs and a couple booths included Its very nice Any of the residents are allowed to use it for a get together situation they have It has a laundry room wtv too It has an elevator At the entrance inside is the office and another room wfurniture TV and cable for residents It is very quite and peace full It has a tree and small pond in the middle of it inside in the basement For being in Nampa it is an original Apt building Like I said you wouldnt know all this is inside of the place

Theresa was absolutely rude in not even letting us get an application to get on the waiting list because there was an 18 month wait There is ALWAYS an 18 month wait even though I can clearly see a available sign out And she snottily added that the office was closed to the public without wearing a mask However in the email she sent me SHE was the one who told
