1 star for taking my application Karen is very rude At my interview when I told her I was homeless living at Valley House she said I dont know about you people referring to homeless She then said I will check and see if you have any warrants first I said ok by me Im not a criminal just a displaced disabled person She then said homeless disabled usually get into a studio within 46 weeks So then I waited 8 weeks and still not even a courtesy call letting me know something So I called the office to check on the waiting part and Karen answered the phone and she said you dont have to call now it will be 6 monthsnThe woman needs fired Shes a hindrance and rude and disrespectful more ... hide ...

Patricia is definatly scandalous I followed the rules she made several lies about me decided not to renew my lease remodeled the apt moved her family in says I did 8878 in damages I have pictures cant afford a lawyer though they never took me to court and my legal aide lawyer doesnt seem interested unless they take me to court first This has ruined my credit 2019-05-19T20:03:55Z

I lived in these Apartments I just finished my lease at the beginning of 2019 and the apartments are amazing and I would Recommend them to anyone if it wasnt for the manager Amber I have lived in plenty of homes And I have never had issues with any of my landlord besides Amber This property needs new management for sure I hated The management is so bad that 2019-09-27T06:48:16Z
