My case worker is Carmen Hernandez and when I say this is the most unprofessional business Ive ever associated myself with I mean it This isnt some kind of game We are real life human beings in need of help or even proper communication that you all get paid to do The office is not open to the public and hasnt been for years and you guys dont answer the phone for weeksmonths even at a time even via email the communicationis terrible Its a shame to get attention I have to go over my case worker head or even knock at the window to get a better understanding to the the heck is going on I really appreciate the help myself and family have received thus far however I was better off elsewhere Aurora housing authority please do better some people literally depending on help from you all
