Today I experienced an extremely rude exchange with the Property Manager of this property She was returning a phone call and there was nothing but attitude coming through the phone as I tried to explain the situation that had been causing some confusion between her office and mine Did not seem like she cared too much to hear anything I had to say Proceeded to say what she needed and then hung up on me I have never experienced such a thing I can only imagine how she speaks to her residents if she speaks to people who are trying to conduct business with her the way she spoke to me todaynnIf you are thinking about this place keep looking more ... hide ...

Wish I could put zero stars I have lived here for two years and moving this month I was excited about the renovations to the apartments because before I was catching at least 5 mice a day The roaches are everywhere the buildings are infested Since they have done the renovations nothing has changed the roaches are even worse the mice are in the walls scratch 2019-01-03T05:20:56Z
Wish I could put zero stars I have lived here for two years and moving this month I was excited about the renovations to the apartments because before I was catching at least 5 mice a day The roaches are everywhere the buildings are infested Since they have done the renovations nothing has changed the roaches are even worse the mice are in the walls scratching and when they die in the walls your whole apartment smells like A dead animal Management doesnt care they tell you at least you have a place to stay but at the same time it is a health hazard for you and especially if you have children This building is disgusting if you move here do not bring anything nice with you because the mice will chew through your couch and the roaches will be all in your cabinets your refrigerator you wake up to smushed roaches on your pillows I can go on and on about this building Management they can never keep employees or managers in the office either they always quit or get fired maintenance they never fix anything in your apartment if they do its three months later then you have maintenance going into your apartment without your permission doing God knows what Its a blessing Im moving finally Dont move here I uploaded the pictures of the mice and roaches you would freak out living here will have you have major anxiety No matter how clean you are the building is nasty Im a clean freak and I still have this problem more ... hide ...

Welcome to Harbor village apartment were you will see Roachesantsbedbugsspiders bees and mices The best of the best theses might be the only pets you might have in your home unless you have dogs which you cant have any others besides the ones thats already here Dont worry about people breaking in are janitors got that covered you have nice stuff If we see you leave we will use are keys to get in to check if theres any problems when your gone Dont you leave your money out but if you do slip me a hundred thanks We give the not so top of the line Fridges and ovens to are top of the line hard working janitors if you want to bring your on stuff to replace the stuff we have like replacing tialsfridgescabinets and ovens be shore to wash the stuff you want to use cause you dont know what been crawling on them or in side them if you think of moving out is it alright if take some of the pest I mean pets with you we just have alot of them and if you dont have pets they will find a way to get in to make you feel not left outWe have cameras but no ones sure if they are for show or not but no one cares if they work but there gonna do what they want to any how and no one will no so you cant find out who did what just a mysteryalso I think these apartment have errors that they have to fix or they will get sued again we was on the news I think a ladys baby died here for whatever reason not sure might be all the black mold and the next stage sludge mix with black mold would look up the symptoms just Google it no ones going to believe you anyways unless you have evidence which you dont have well all theses apartments have black mold and other hazardous things leaking around theses did you have that spot when you came here well you be fine we cant get all the mold all we do is spray it and leave have fun with that I might move to another place I seen other apartments that was total s and now look at them then look at what we have nothing never changes guess we like that way and like having people with bad back grounds who either been in or out of somewhere making impossible for people with clean slates who actually need somewhere to stay also are janitors and family come first so if you need to be transferred they will get those apartments first not you even if you live here for years I here by rate theses apartments 3 stars would of been 5 cause we dont have swings at the play ground shame more ... hide ...
