I would like to share my experience so that anyone that comes in contact with this company its manager and maintenance men can steer clear Ive had my experiences with this complex because I am a approved vendor who has done very much work there Have never had any issue with the previous management or maintenance staff because weve always worked together and communicated well Yesterday was a bit different Coming into the complex on yesterday my car was attempted to be towedfor what reason I still dont know because the property manager refused to tell me why Anywho in the process of the tow truck trying to tow my car the Individual operating the Reynolds town truck hit my car and then attempted to intimidate me by yelling and insisting that he never hit the vehicle video surveillance said differently I insisted that they pull surveillance because I had witnessed this While examine my car the maintenance man walks up on me and tells me that the hadnt hit my car and I quote all you black peoples are the same And he assured me that the video would support his claim now we know thats false because video shows otherwise While I am attempting to get information the property manager is yelling at me and being very confrontational while I am attempting to express my concerns The video will show this as well Very unprofessional very confrontational and not to mention racial slurs were thrown at me by a maintenance tech By far one of the worst experiences I have had with someone who calls themselves a professional company persons or organization Please avoid at all cost still in awe of there behavior 1 out of 5 wish I could give a 0 out of 5 more ... hide ...
