Applied for assistance in Dec received decision 6 months later denying my request because of a couple missed minutes of the rental webinar Asked for documents of proof of attendance minutes I missed The runaround lasted 39 emails They would not send me any documents of proof I have been waiting for months for a response and living in mold conditions Recently tested positive for mold poisoning Provided evidence of mold analysis prior to denial File was to be noted Never was per calling I am now in the eviction process Filed complaints with the comptroller and IDHA legal department Neither will report back to me with the evidence Contacting JB Pritzkers office received a response that my matter was sent to IDHA Not even a confirmation from the legal department that they received my evidence and complaint My continued decline in health evidence provided to so many people and no replies back by many departments will hopefully help me to get assistance via the courts but also hoping to point out employees in court filings so this unprofessional behavior will be reported and should be dealt with I am on disability and a citizen struggling with mental health a suicide survivor disability took 2 years to approve me Also due to miscues Hope to raise awareness Very heartbreaking and disturbing how the government would allow you to be Sick and not give a damn Shame on you more ... hide ...
