If youre thinking of staying here Heres a more indepth reviewopinion of my staynnIve lived here for 6 monthsnnIm only giving this review a 5 star because of Regla and George and you can ask any tenants here and theyd agreennFirst the reviews about the constant water shut offs the constant repair because the building is old and noisesnfrom the repair are all TRUE Luckily Ive been at work every time the water has been shutoffnMy door knob fell apart but it was fixed right away This happened at the worst time when I needed to be somewherenIt was fixed within 23 hoursnnSecond parking is really hard in this location You live close to the beach and the zoo so visitorspeople flood the parkingnnAll these things can make a person go crazy especially with the price of rent but what makes this place absolutely worth every pennynis REGLA and GEORGEnnRegla and George are the people that make living in 2322 north commonwealth apartments WORTH IT They have gone above and beyond to make surenour home feel like HOME They have treated me and my neighbors like family Communication has been stellar To give you an idea we hadnan electricity outage that lasted from morning until 10 pm Regla STAYED that WHOLE day to make sure every one was safe She has her own family to take care ofnbut she stayed for usnnNow about GEORGE My door knob broke at 8 pm with in 2 hours GEORGE had it fixed and I felt secure again He has been amazing at fixingnshort notice prob AND THERE ARE A LOTnnSo cons aren building is old which means a lot of things are falling apartn constant water shutoffn dustyn parkingnnProsn the management team Regla and her team and Georgen youre 1015 mins away to the beach and the zoo walkingn close to soccer field baseball field kickball and recreational fields 20 mins walkingn walmart and target are 1020 mins away walkingn the building is concrete so you dont hear your next door neighboorn they are currently in constant renovation so the trash are looks cleaner with new paintn neighbors are high quality peoplen great communication from the managementn safe area to walkn There are cameras and theres a two door system to enter the building more ... hide ...
